ASD Birthday Party Registration
Here is what to expect at your Alyson’s School of Dance Birthday party!
TOTAL PARTY TIME: 2 hours ( 15 minutes of set up,, 45 minute class, 15 minutes of party games and 30 minutes allotted for cake/ food, 15 minutes of clean up)
45 minute dance class your choice: Hip hop, jazz, tap , acro, or ballet
15 minutes of party games/ dress up and show
30 minutes for cake/food ( a table and chairs will be provided by the dance studio)
We will be happy to help with set up and we will clean up after your event but please take any food items with you.
We will provide the fun, class and a free gift certificate for a class to each participant. We can also provide the table cloths and napkins free of charge.
Let us know if anything else is needed and we will be happy to tailor your birthday party to your needs!
Attire
Socks for jazz , ballet or jazz shoes, bare feet for acro ,clean sneakers for hip hop.
Dance clothes or athletic clothing recommeded.
Costs
$200* for up to 12 dancers, an additional $10 per additional child. Discount applies for ASD current students. Please ask
*If more than 12 more participants in a class than an additional instructor or helper will be required. Full non refundable prepayment will be required which will be determined by number of participants.
Payment Type :cash, check, Venmo or PayPal ( 4% surcharge on venmo/ PayPal or credit when available)
Rules
A liability waiver must be signed for each participant prior to the party.
Please keep in mind that there are other businesses present in the plaza. Only party goers in dance room. No street shoes allowed in dance rooms.
No parents or adults in dance room unless needed for behavioral issues or to take photos.
Please remove shoes.
We reserve the right to dismiss any unruly participants who are causing damage or are unable to participate in the party without issue.
Party guests must be contained in the designated spaces provided only. They may not enter other dance rooms while in attendance.
No unattended children in waiting areas.
No running in the building.
Please be sure that everyone is picked up on time. Children must be picked up inside the building. No one is allowed to linger in building common areas. ( vestibule, hallways, bathrooms etc. )
Please do not have children play in parking lots, there is a park in the town center within walking distance.
Parents may wait in the waiting room if there is room.
