Sara Jones

Sara Jones has dedicated the past twenty-three years of her life to dance. Starting at the age of four she trained at Studio 83 school of Dance. From the age of eight until the present she has trained at Alyson’s School of Dance in Uncasville.  In 2001, Sara graduated from the Hartford Conservatory with an Associate’s in Dance Performance.

As a member of Synergy Dance Company, Sara has performed for celebrities such as Henry Winkler, Florence Henderson, Ed Asner, Flip Wilson, Gene Wilder and Danny Glover. Sara got involved in local theater in 2004 and has choreographed “Pippin”(2204 Norwich Arts Council/Fourth Row Theater Co.), “Smokey Joe’s Cafe”(2004 Ivoryton Playhouse), “Bye Bye Birdie”(2005 WaterforDrama), “Guy’s and Dolls”(2006 WaterforDrama), “Footloose” (2006 Fourth Row Theater Co.) 

Sara as a student, won numerous awards in dance competition. Now as a teacher, her own classes and choreography win outstanding awards in competition. Sara is a mother of beautiful little  boy!
